Future card payments

If Anyscape activates TBC Bank Georgia E-Commerce in the future, card payment processing will be handled through the authorized payment provider checkout flow. Customers will be able to review the merchant DBA, product or service description, amount, currency information, and applicable policies before completing payment.

Merchant trade name before payment

The merchant trade name / DBA intended to appear before payment and on the cardholder statement is Anyscape. This value must match the merchant approval documents and payment-provider configuration.

Currencies and equivalents

Anyscape may display reference prices in USD for international professional buyers. Any future card payment currency, supported currency choices, and foreign-currency equivalent information will depend on the currencies enabled for the merchant by the payment provider and will be shown to the customer before payment where relevant.

Card data

Anyscape does not collect, process, or store full payment card numbers, card verification codes, or card expiry details directly on Anyscape.io. Card details are entered only through the authorized payment provider checkout environment when a future card payment option is active.

Order contact data

For paid orders, Anyscape may request and retain order contact data such as customer name, email address, phone number, billing or legal address, order reference, product or custom scope, payment status, and delivery record. This does not include full card details. Where required by TBC Bank, card-network rules, or applicable law, relevant order contact records may be provided to the bank upon request within the required retention period.
