Terms of Purchase

Anyscape provides professional digital 3D city models, terrain systems, custom areas of interest, data preparation, model updates, and related geospatial production services. Each purchase or project is based on the confirmed scope, requested geography, delivery format, licensing terms, and customer contact details. Custom work begins only after the required project assumptions and commercial terms are agreed.

Description of goods and services

Anyscape provides digital 3D city and terrain products for architecture, urban visualization, film, games, simulation, planning, spatial interfaces, and related professional workflows. Products may include stock city-scale models, terrain meshes, curated geospatial layers, custom areas of interest, custom scale or level-of-detail work, format conversion, and updates from newer available source data.

All deliverables are digital. Anyscape does not ship physical goods unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.

Purchase procedure

  • For stock digital models, the customer selects or requests the model, confirms the required use case and delivery contact, reviews the price and applicable policies, and completes payment when a live payment option is available.
  • For custom AOI, custom update, format conversion, or production work, Anyscape confirms scope, location, scale, source-data assumptions, output format, licensing limits, estimated delivery schedule, and price before payment or production begins.
  • Anyscape may decline or pause an order if the requested area, data source, use case, export destination, or customer information creates legal, technical, licensing, or payment risk.

Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing accurate order contact information, billing information, project scope, requested file format, intended use, and delivery contact details. If incomplete or incorrect information delays production or delivery, Anyscape may adjust the delivery schedule after notifying the customer.

Licensing and permitted use

Unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise, Anyscape deliverables are licensed digital assets, not a transfer of Anyscape source workflows, internal tooling, raw working files, or third-party source data rights. The applicable commercial use rights, seat limits, redistribution limits, and project-specific restrictions must be confirmed in the order or quotation before purchase.

Prices and foreign currency equivalents

Prices may be shown in USD or another commercial reference currency for international customers. For any future TBC Bank Georgia E-Commerce card payment, the final payment currency and any foreign-currency equivalent required for the customer will be displayed before payment where relevant and where supported by the bank-enabled payment setup.
